The human body is a complex structure and considered to be one of the magical creations of god. To keep our body working efficiently we must follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly. The human digestive system is made up of the digestive tract. A digestive tract consists of a long tube of organs that run from our mouth to the anus, this includes the esophagus, stomach, small intestine and large intestine together with liver, gall bladder and pancreas which produces digestive juices which aid in the digestion of food.

Some of the other Digestive Tract Diseases can be put into five sections pancreatobiliary diseases, esophagus, bowel, stomach and liver diseases. Pancreatobiliary disease is basically disorders of your pancreas, gall bladder and bile ducts.

Esophagus disease includes gastroesophageal reflux disease which occurs when stomach acid backs up into the esophagus also known as acid reflux, Barrett’s esophagus, dysphagia, gastroesophgeal motility disorder etc. A disorder of the bowel includes Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, nutritional disorders etc. Stomach disease includes cyclical vomiting syndrome, gastritis, gastric outlet obstruction, lymphoma, ulcer, stomach tumors etc. liver disease including hepatitis B and C, fatty liver, metabolic diseases etc.

Symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, bleeding from the digestive tract and difficulty in swallowing usually suggest that you are facing Digestive System Disorders. Some other general symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite may also indicate the same. Following a healthy diet is one thing that you should inculcate in your life. Regular exercise is best for your body and plays an important role in distressing yourself.

Common digestive system ailments can be resolved in your home. If you have common gastric problem try to drink coconut water or you can also have roasted unpeeled garlic.
